Mount Everest North is Located in the border area with Nepal and Tibet. It rises at altitude of 8848 m (29,028 ft) high above sea level. It is the tallest mountain in the world. It is also called Sagarmatha in Nepali which means ‘Goddess of the Sky”. Mount Everest was first climbed on May 29, 1953 by Sir Edmund Hillary from New Zealand and Tenzing Norgay from Nepal via the South Col route.

Cho-Oyu (Mt. Qowowuyag) is the world’s sixth highest mountain. The mountain is considered as one of the easiest to climb and comparatively safe, which enables climbers with determination but not necessarily a high degree of technical expertise to reach an 8,000 m summit.

The mountain was first climbed by Hebert Tichy in 1954.
