| 3 | Leave for Jaipur. En route visit to the fairy tale like Amber Fort. You ascend the hill like a Maharaja on the back of elephant or Jeep. On arrival Jaipur check in to the Hotel Alsisar Haveli.Jaipur - the capital of Rajasthan was given a colour coat of pink a century ago in honour of a visiting Prince and ever since, it has retained this color. Built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the notable astronomer, this city is 260 years old. On arrival check into Hotel Alsisar Haveli. Afternoon, city tour of Jaipur, which includes visits to the City Palace of the Jaipur Maharaja, the honey-comb designed Hawa Mahal also known as the Palace of Winds from where the royal ladies, who lived in seclusion, observed life on the outside yet remained hidden inside. | 4 | After breakfast, leave for Agra en route visit the Ghost capital of the Mughal Emperor Akbar, Fatehpur Sikri – about 40 kilometers from Agra, built entirely of red sandstone and now declared as a “World Heritage Monument”. Continue the drive to Agra. On arrival check in to Hotel Holiday Inn.On arrival Agra visits, the Agra Fort, a standing testimony in red sandstone to the glory of the great Mughals.Evening, visit Taj Mahal by Sunset. Taj Mahal – built by the Moghul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. An unique symbol of Eternal Love and one of the ‘Wonders of the World. | 5 | Late morning, proceed to Delhi en route visit Sikandra – Akbar’s Mausoleum the sandstone and marble tomb of Akbar, the greatest of the Mughal emperors, is at Sikandra, 10 km before Agra. Akbar started its construction himself, blending Islamic, Hindu, Buddhist, Jain and Christian Motifs and styles, much like the syncretic religious philosophy he developed.
