Kanchenjunga (8598m) is on the border between Nepal and the Indian state of Sikkim. The Kanchenjunga is the world’s third highest mountain, and the first ascent was made in 1956. The culture in this reason is mixed (Sherpa, Tamang, Limbu and Rais). Limbus moved into eastern Nepal, from the Arun valley to the Sikkim border, where they remain today. They are easily distinguishable by their Mongolian features.
Trekking in Kanchenjunga can be organized as camping trek only. On camping trek, you will sleep in the tent. Trekking staffs includes guide, cook, kitchen staffs and porters to carry the trekking gears. The trek categorized as one of the challenging one therefore the trekkers should be in good physical condition and have previous mountain walk experience.
